On March 28th, Officer Tim Gada, one of the newer members of the Pratt Police Department, brought us a dog he found wandering in the middle of the street. This small dog was completely matted, with overgrown nails and numerous fleas. His skin was raw in areas from chewing and scratching due to fleas.
